Question: How and where are your masks made?
Answer: All Happy Planet masks are handmade in St. Petersburg, FL. Masks are 100% cotton so they're breathable and comfortable. They are also reversible and machine washable, reducing the need for disposable masks, which makes for a Happy Planet.
Question: Can I select specific masks?
Answer: Our fabric selection changes constantly because we love hunting for new mask fabric! But please email us at happyplanetmasks.com with your special requests because we may still have your fave fabric in stock. We update our website photos often to illustrate newer inventory selections. We offer a bundle of types to match your unique needs.
Question: How are the masks packaged?
Answer: Each mask comes individually packaged in a clear sleeve.
Question: Do you accept returns?
Answer: Due to the nature of the Covid-19 threat, we cannot accept returns. We do, however, stand by our masks 100% and will provide refunds for any defective mask.
Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: We make ordering a breeze. Go to our "Shop" page, click on the bundle(s) you'd like and add them to your cart. All bundles for all fabric types are priced at $95 per 20 masks and include free USPS Priority Mail shipping!
Question: What form of payment do you accept?
Answer: Our online ordering page accepts PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Happy Planet currently does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.
Question: Do you charge sales tax?
Answer: For Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, and Washington customers, we will require your Reseller ID information in order to permit us to waive any sales tax. Sales to any other state will not be charged for sales tax.
Question: What are your shipping options and rates?
Answer: USPS Priority Mail service is included in your bundle price at no additional cost. If you require next day service, please call or send us an email so we can determine your proper upcharges.
Question: What should I do if there is a shipping error or if I receive damaged merchandise?
Answer: In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or sent you a damaged item, we will replace that item at our expense. Please contact us at (727) 300-0264 and we will issue you a return shipping label.
